- Designated Agent: Hamid Oumoumen, Chief Executive Officer
- Postal mail: Atlas Compliance Inc, Attn: DMCA Designated Agent, 2125 Biscayne Boulevard, Ste 204 #24685, Miami, Florida 33137, USA (mail only, no walk-ins).

2. How to Submit a Notification of Claimed Infringement
If you believe content available through the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notification that includes all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it on the Site (for example, the URL).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Knowingly materially misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing may subject you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
3. Our Response to a Notice
Upon receipt of a notification that substantially complies with §512(c)(3), we will:
- Expeditiously remove or disable access to the material identified;
- Notify the user who submitted or posted the material; and
- Take reasonable steps to forward the notification to that user.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe content of yours was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3) containing all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location at which it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (or, if you reside outside the United States, any judicial district in which Atlas may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under §512(c)(3) or an agent of that person.
Send counter-notifications to the Designated Agent at the contact above. Knowingly materially misrepresenting that material was removed or disabled by mistake may subject you to liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
5. Restoration of Material After Counter-Notification
Upon receipt of a compliant counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complainant and may, in our discretion and consistent with §512(g)(2), restore the disputed material between 10 and 14 business days after we receive the counter-notification unless the complainant files an action seeking a court order against you to restrain the activity at issue.
6. Repeat-Infringer Policy
We will, in appropriate circumstances and in our discretion, terminate the access of users who are repeat copyright infringers, consistent with 17 U.S.C. §512(i).
7. False Notices
Submitting a knowingly false DMCA notification or counter-notification may result in liability for damages, costs, and attorneys' fees under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
8. Removal of Allegedly Infringing Content
We reserve the right at any time, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove or disable access to any content that we believe in good faith may be infringing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful, even in the absence of a formal DMCA notification.
